First Class HALT is an independent Honda, Acura, Lexus, and Toyota repair facility — and we’re growing again! With four successful locations and a national reputation for excellence, we’re looking for a Service Advisor to help lead one of our high-performing shops in Anderson, Greenville, or Mauldin.
We’re not your typical repair shop. We’ve built a team-first culture that challenges the industry status quo, rewards integrity and performance, and supports a great quality of life for our people.
NO weekends. Monday–Friday schedule only.
No commissions, no pressure selling, no gimmicks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience working in a high-volume environment. Proven track record of hitting goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Focused on accountability, performance, and creating a great customer experience.
- Familiarity with independent repair shops or national chains preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; must be 21 or older.
Schedule & Locations:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday only (NO weekends!).
- Shop hours: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Locations: Anderson, Greenville & Mauldin, SC.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 - $85,000 annually + Lucrative Bonus Structure based on experience and performance.
