Transportation Specialist (Shuttle Driver + Office Support) First Class HALT – Anderson, SC
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17–$19/hour

About the Role:
This is not just a driving job. As a Transportation Specialist, you are a key part of the customer experience—helping keep our day running smoothly while delivering 5-star service from the moment a customer arrives to when they leave.
You’ll split your time between shuttle driving, customer support, office/admin tasks, and parts logistics (Will Call pickups).
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Transportation.
- Safely transport customers to/from the shop.
- Prioritize routes to stay on time and efficient.
- Maintain a clean, professional shuttle vehicle.
Customer Experience:
- Create friendly, comfortable rides for customers.
- Help support our consistent 5-star Google reviews.
- Write thank-you notes and assist with rewards program entries.
Daily Operations Support:
- Assist with light cleaning (lobby, bathrooms, breakroom).
- Run local errands (bank, post office, supplies, etc.)
- Help keep the shop organized and stocked.
Will Call & Parts Support:
- Pick up parts and tires from local vendors.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all pickups.
- Communicate with team on delivery status.
Office/Admin Support:
- File and organize invoices, documents, and customer records.
- Assist with phone calls and basic customer communication.
- Help track vendor statements and internal systems (TekMetric, Rewards).
- Office supply inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent (business/admin experience is a plus).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs/Sheets; we’ll train TekMetric and Rewards).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Safe driving habits and sound judgment on the road.
- Ability to stay patient and professional with customers at all times.
Physical & Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Comfortable with frequent in-and-out vehicle activity.
- Capable of light cleaning and general facility upkeep.
